Mr. Harvey died Jan. 12 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in the VA Medical Center, Phoenix. He was born Feb. 8, 1942, in Columbus, Ohio. He had lived in Arizona for the past seven years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving as an electronics technician. Survivors include two sons, Anthony R. Harvey and Adam L. Harvey; three sisters, and one brother. Kirkpatrick Behnke Funeral Home in Ohio was in charge of all arrangements.
