Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 28, 1988, page 2-A Private graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Today (Thursday) at Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary in Sun City for Jules Harold Zorn, Jr., 77, who died April 25 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Reader Claudia Billingslea officiated. Mr. Zorn was born Jan. 26, 1911 in Chicago, Ill., and had lived in Arizona for 26 years. He was prior resident of Sun City before moving to Wickenburg, where he lived at the time of his death. He worked as chief switchman for the Illinois Bell Telephone Company. He was a member of the Illinois Bell Pioneer Telephone Club, a Saguaro Club life member, the Sportsman Club of Sun City, the National Rifleman’s Association, and Illinois Bell Retirees. Survivors include his wife, Velmer Zorn, of Wickenburg; two daughters, Nancy Hopfer of Wickenburg and Patricia A. Georgas of Wickenburg; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
