Heidi Anne Lilly, 41, of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 19, 1969 in Calgary Alberta, Canada, passed away Dec. 30, 2010.

Cremation took place at Mountain View Crematory in Prescott. Private services will take place in Montana.

Cremation Society of Arizona is caring for the family.
