James J. Carlin, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 14, 1918 in Kankakee, Ill., passed away Oct. 5, 2008 at Las Fuentes Care Center, Prescott. 

A celebration of James’ Life Mass will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fluery, Prescott, Ariz. 

Private cremation was at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley. 

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral home assisted the family with final arrangements.
