Adkins, 56, of Wickenburg and Flagstaff, who died June 17 in Flagstaff. Mr. Adkins was born Jan. 25, 1932 in Augusta, Ohio. He had lived in Arizona for 31 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Masonic Lodge, El Zariba Shrine, Lions Club, and the Elks Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Shirley; two sons, Robert, and his wife, Elaine, of Bagdad, and Terry of Concord, Calif.; a daughter, Betty, of Wickenburg; three brother, Raymond, Gail and Daryl; a sister, Judelle; and six grandchildren. Private cremation was conducted, with the Wickenburg Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
