Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 7, 1988, page 2 Services were conducted Wednesday, July 6 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Gene C. Rambo, 67, of Wickenburg, who died July 2 at Boswell Hospital in Sun City. Mr. Rambo was born Aug. 21, 1920 in Buffalo, Missouri. He had lived in Arizona for 42 years. He operated Rambo Insurance in Wickenburg for 29 years, and opened Rambo Motors in the community in 1968. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Greeters Unit of El Zareba Shrine Club. He served as lieutenant governor of Kiwanis, was president of the Wickenburg Rotary Club, president of the local Shrine club and president of the W.C.C. Survivors include his wife, Lee, of Wickenburg two daughter, Sherry Root of Carefree and Carolyn Medoza of Scottsdale; a sister Wilma Fraker and four grandchildren.
