Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona August 11, 1988, page 2 Services were Wednesday, Aug. 10 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for J.R. “Ross” Bridgewater, 76, of the Forepaugh Ranch of Wickenburg. Rev. Adam Lautenschlager officiated, with burial following in Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Phoenix. Mr. Bridgewater died Aug. 7 in Wickenburg. He was born March 12, 1912 in Kansas City, Kan. He had lived in Arizona for the past 56 years. Mr. Bridgewater was the founder and original owner of Ginny’s Vitamin Village in Wickenburg. He was a retired member of the Wickenburg Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Geneva, of Wickenburg; two sons, Paul, of Phoenix; and Jim, of Kankakee, Ill.; one daughter, Leann Johnston of phoenix; a stepdaughter, Suzanne Meler, of Chandler; four sisters; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. All arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
