LOVETT, Betty Jane

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ February 12, 2008 Betty Jane Eldred Lovett, 88, of Mesa, loving mother and grandmother, died peacefully Feb. 3, 2008. She was born in Hoosick, N.Y., in 1919 to parents George and Martha Eldred. She was raised in Vermont and was a graduate of Wallingford High. She later worked for 10 years as a licensed practical nurse in Florida. She is survived by a daughter, Katherine Curran of Arizona; a son, Vincent Allen Moxley of Nevada; six grandchildren, Daniel J. Curran, Kellie A. Curran and Andrew R. Curran, all of Arizona, and Dr. Jeff Edward Moxley, Van Allen Moxley, Shauna Lynn (Moxley) Yergensen, RN, all of Nevada; and nine great-grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald Eldred and daughter Diane Lovett. Honoring Betty's wishes, there will be no services; however, memorials may be made to Hospice Inspires (www.inspiris.com). Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
