Harvey J. Neal, 72, passed away Dec. 22. “Joe” was born Sept. 15, 1938 in Harrisburg, Ark., to George and Iva Ann Neal.

Joe is survived by his son Joey (Karen) of Wickenburg, daughter Jeana Adams of Lousiana, and several grandchildren. Also brother Don (Jean) and sister-in-law Betty Neal of Sheridan Ark., and many nieces and nephews. Joe is preceded in death by his parents and brother Harold Neal of Arkansas.
 
Joe moved to California from Arkansas in 1957. He worked for A.M. Lewis for more than 20 years. He moved to Wickenburg in 2003.

A reception will be held at the Rancher Bar in Wickenburg this Saturday (Jan. 8) at 1 p.m. A graveside service will be held in Sheridan, Ark., at a later date. Arrangements are by David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home.
