Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 1, 1988, page 2 Services for Ella Anna MacDougall, 92, of Wickenburg, were Saturday in Inglewood, Calif. Burial followed in the Inglewood Cemetery. Mrs. MacDougall died Aug. 23 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. She was born May 3, 1896 in Inowroclaw, Germany (now Poland) and had lived in Wickenburg for the past 16 years. She was described by her family as a loving Christian mother and grandmother. Mrs. MacDougall was the daughter of Helena Buth and Otto Ostereich; she immigrated to America with her parents in 1910, at the age of 14. She married Robert Duncan MacDougall in 1919, at Depew, N.J., later moving to North Dakota and California before retiring in Wickenburg in 1970. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1978. Survivors include two daughter, Helen Wangerin of Wickenburg, and Kathryn Austin of Lawndale, Calif.; a brother, Fred Oestreich of Alden, N.Y.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
