Burial was in the Fairmont Cemetery in San Angelo. Ms. Carter was born July 13, 1960 in Lubbock, Texas, and had lived in Wickenburg for almost a year. She was a former resident of San Angelo. Arrangements were made through the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
