Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 29, 1988, page 2 Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Wended Gospel Lighthouse in Wenden for Beula E. Rogers, 76, of Black Canyon City. The Rev. Alvie Amos will officiate, with burial to follow in the Wenden Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers, a former resident of Wenden, died Sept. 25 at Black Canyon City Medical Center. She was born Jan. 10, 1912 in Crowder, Okla., and had lived in Arizona for the past 39 years. She was a former member of the Wenden Gospel Lighthouse. Survivors include three daughters, Irene Sirica, of Wenden, Elaine Jones of Black Canyon City, and Virgie Hume of McAllister, Okla; two sons, Daniel Rogers and Steve Rogers, both of Black Canyon City; a brother, Tom Marshall, of McAllister, Okla.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
