Parker, Ariz. - Dana Kay Swalwell Ham Williams, 45, of Parker, Ariz., a former resident of Newton, Iowa was killed in a one-car accident Friday, Nov. 17, 1995 in Arizona. Two of her daughters, who were in the automobile at the time of the accident, were injured and are hospitalized.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the Parker Funeral Home in Parker, Ariz. She is survived by a daughter, Lori Ham of California; three sons, Nathan Ham, James Williams and Dana Williams, and a daughter, Alyicia Williams, all of Parker, Ariz.; a half-brother, Jack McIntosh of Texas; and two grandchildren. Survivors residing in the Newton area are Bonnie Swalwell Eilert, an aunt and cousins. She was preceded in death by a half-brother, Howard McIntosh, and her parents, Wayne E. and Lorena Griffin Swalwell.
She was born May 18, 1950 in Des Moines and was a 1968 graduate of Newton Community High School.
