Winterset Madisonian -- Winterset, Iowa May 17, 1995 DR. RALPH WICKS, Arizona Dr. Ralph L. Wicks, 83, of Paradise Valley, Ariz., died May 11, 1995 at his home. Funeral services were held May 15 at the Grace Episcopal Church in Boone. He was born in Earlham, Iowa on June 13, 1911. He had moved to Arizona 20 years ago from Boone and was a retired surgeon and physician. He was a veteran of WW II, serving as a Col. in the Air Force. Surviving relatives include his wife Bernis of Paradise Valley, Ariz.; one daughter, Mary Schubert of Boulder, Colo.; one son, Douglas Wicks of Worthington, Texas; and two granddaughters.
