Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 1, 1988, page 2-A Services were Sunday in the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Mary J. Bywater, 89, of Wickenburg, who died Nov. 23 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. The Rev. Robert Goldenberg officiated, and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Bywater was born Aug. 21, 1899 in Cedar City, Utah. She had lived in Arizona for the past 40 years. Survivors include a daughter, Viola Preston of Wickenburg; six granddaughters, Linda Kubler, Terry Kliewer, Shari Mair and Nancy Powell of Wickenburg, Bonnie Weber of Litchfield Park, and Tracy Newton of Mesa; three grandsons, Norman and Gary Bywater and Bill Ebert, all of Colorado; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
