The Arizona Republic 10 February 1974. McCOY, Clifford Gerald Glendale -- Services and burial for Clifford Gerald McCoy, 33, a machinist and a musician, will be in his native Middletown, Missouri. Mr. McCoy, who first came to Arizona in 1969, was found dead Thursday in his home at 4400 Grand. He died of carbon monoxide poisoning due to faulty ventilation in the home's heating system. Mr. McCoy, who returned to the Valley two years ago, was an employe of Forbes Refrigeration in Phoenix. He also played rhythm guitar with the Rhythm Masters, a group that had performed at the Arizona State Fair this past fall. Survivors include two sons, Todd and Scotty; three daughters, Christine, Robyn and Pamyla, all of Vandalia, Missouri; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey B. McCOY of Laddonia, Missouri; two brothers and a sister out of state.
