Steven Lynn Perkins, 56, of Cottonwood, passed away from a long fight with cancer on December 22, 2010 at home with his family. 

Steven is preceded in death by his father Jack B. Perkins, and sister Carole Anne Perkins. 

Steven leaves behind his mother Bonnie J. Perkins, sister Kathy Eaglin, Donald Eaglin I (brother in law), niece Samantha Kontz, nephew Donald Eaglin II and great niece and nephews. 

Steven touched many hearts over the years and will be truly missed.
