The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ January 7, 2011 Marques Outie 33, of Whiteriver died Dec. 26, 2010, in Whiteriver. He was born May 5, 1977, in Whiteriver. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Marques is survived by his mother Genevieve Outie; father Ralph Lupe Jr.; siblings: Ashley Lomavaya, Heather Lupe, Rechanda Declay, Ronald Suttle, Andrew Lomavaya, Walker Truax, Travis Truax, Anderson Truax Jr.; maternal grandmother Mary Outie; cousins: Waylon Outie, Michael Holden, Megan Antone, Michelle Holden-Paxson, Christine Holden, Carol Onsae, Abel Outie, Bo Holden; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal hrandfather Andrew Outie; paternal grandfather Ralph Lupe Sr.; and uncles: Daryl Sakiestewa, Richard Lupe. Marque's body was brought back at the Canyon Day Miracle Church for a viewing Jan. 1 and funeral services were held with Bishop Leroy Tate officiating. Interment was at the Canyon Day Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
