Paul Joseph Voight Jr. passed away Dec. 31, 2010 at the age of 38. He was born Nov. 3, 1972, to Paul Sr. and Gisele Voight in Hawthorne, Calif.
Paul had a very special soul. For those who took the time to get to know him, they would all say he was a good person with a heart of gold. He would help anyone in need, even when he didn’t have much to give. Paul was very adventurous and had a great sense of humor. He would always look to the bright side of things. Paul put smiles on the faces of those who know him, and was definitely the life of the party. Paul was very religious, loved fishing, was passionate about cars and enjoyed music.
Although you were taken from us too soon, you will never be forgotten. Your memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew you. We were all blessed to have known you, and will always love you.
Paul is survived by his mother, Gisele Puckett; step-father, Richard Puckett; sisters, Tammy Ellis, Annette, Paula and Michelle; brother, Gene Dennis Jr.; nephews, Jonathan Held, Matthew Guntle; niece, Jessica Held; great-nieces, Aliyah Lugo, Samantha Wilson and Lilly Lucas; and great-nephew, Levi Lucas.
A memory service will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Salvation Army, 2049 Swanson Ave.
