The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ December 22, 2009 Clyde Wilford Rogers, 94, of Taylor died peacefully, Dec. 13, 2009, in Chandler. He was born March 21, 1915, in Snowflake to the late Wilford and Wilmirth (Eagar) Rogers. He is survived by his son Clyde L. (Denise) Rogers of Chandler; daughters Ila Wright of Avondale, Leona Creary of Soldonta, Alaska, Gloria ("Sonny") Sontag of Phoenix, Eliza (Ed) Davis of Thatcher as well as 22 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Lora. Visitation was held Thursday, Dec. 17, at the Owens Livingston Mortuary, Heritage Chapel Snowflake with graveside services Saturday, Dec. 19, at the East Resthaven Park Cemetery in Phoenix.
