The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ October 29, 2009 Visitation for Donovan Kramer Sr., 84, of Casa Grande will begin at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at First Assembly of God, 501 E. Kortsen Road, in Casa Grande. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Tom Stephens of Central Lutheran Church officiating. A military graveside service will be held in Mountain View Cemetery, 215 S. Washington St., in Casa Grande. A reception will follow at the Cooper and Rueter Law Office, 221 N.
