The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ October 7, 2009 Ben Carl McLachlan, affectionately known as "ZZ" and owner/operator of Show Low Roofing, died at the Maricopa Medical Center in the Valley Sept. 22 as the result of being struck by lightning on State Route 260 near the Pinedale turnoff. He will be sorely missed by many. God rest his soul.
