Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona January 12, 1989, page 2 Memorial services were Friday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Thelma M. Brown, 71, of Wickenburg, who died Jan. 2 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Pastor Gary Golike of Calvary Baptist Church officiated. Mrs. Brown was born Jan. 19, 1917. She had lived in Arizona for the past 24 years. She lived a life surrounded horses and horse people, ranches and cattle. She was especially fond of her dog, Gidget, who accompanied her everywhere. Her strength inspired those who knew her. Survivors include a daughter, Troyleen Brown, a son Shane Brown; and a granddaughter, Shannon Brown.
