The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, January 07, 2011 Allen Martin Dalis, 56, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 13, 1954, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Dec. 30, 2010. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. His remains will be placed at the Prescott National Cemetery. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
