Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 16, 1989, page 2 There were no services for Morton S. Thomas Jr. 72, of Wickenburg, who died Feb. 12 at his home on the Prescott Highway. Mr. Thomas was born Nov. 9, 1916 in Chicago, Ill., and had lived in Wickenburg for the past 20 years. He owned furniture manufacturing companies in Ohio and Indiana, and had been retired since 1975. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Ostego Lodge No. 701. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy E.; a daughter, Mrs. Tom (Suzy) Winzeler of Wickenburg; three sons., Dr. Morton S. Thomas III of Wickenburg, Ronald G. Thomas and Bradley K. Thomas of Hamilton, Ind.; and 11 grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Desert Caballeros Western Museum.
