Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 16, 1989, page 2 Former Wickenburg resident Paul Elder, 92, died Jan. 30 in the Clay County Hospital in Brazil, Ind., following a lengthy illness. He was buried in the Clearview Cemetery in Brazil. Mr. Elder was postmaster in Staunton, Ind., for 37 years, before retiring and moving to Wickenburg in 1972. He and his wife of 52 years, Katherine, who survived him, lived four winters in Country Club Park and nine winters at Westpark. In addition to his wife, Mr. Elder is survived by three children; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four nieces; two nephews; and two brothers.
