Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 23, 1989, page 2-A Services were earlier this month for Sammie Taylor, 87, of Show Low, a former Yarnell resident and business owner who died Feb. 14. Taylor was a carpenter and the owner of Yarnell Lumber. He was a former longtime resident of the community. Following memorial services at the Community Church in Yarnell, the ladies of the church provided a lunch for his family and friends. Taylor was born in Texas He is survived by two son, Max and Bob; a sister; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
