The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ July 23, 2009 Thomas Jonathon Upshir, 62, of Young died with his loving wife by his side July 17, 2009, in Lakeside. Thomas was born Jan. 31, 1947, in Warren, Ohio, to Charles and Rebecca (Reed) Upshir. He is survived by his wife, Mary Upshir of Young; son TJ Upshir of Warren, Ohio; mother Rebecca Upshir of Show Low; sister Lori (Rob) Douglas of Show Low; two brothers, Gary (Kathy) Upshir of Cortland, Ohio, and Doug (Donna) Upshir of Show Low. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Upshir Jr. Memorial services will be held 9 a.m., Saturday, July 25, at their home at 818 N. Winchester Dr. in Young.
