Margorie "Margie" Ann Diaz of Snowflake and Show Low went home to be with our Lord June 25, 2009. She was born Dec. 11, 1942, in Snowflake.

She was a wonderful mother, a beloved grandmother and sister as well as an excellent friend.

"Margie may be gone, but she will never be forgotten. She will forever be in our hearts. We love you, Margie, grandma and Granny Great."

Her parents, Amasa Willis and Ruth Reidhead Willis, and daughter Laurie Ann Gale preceded her in death.

She is survived by her sons, Robert, Kenny and Mark Alvarez and Frank Diaz; sisters Edna Robles and Vera Amado; brother Marion Willis; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
