Rachel D. Paulsen died May 29, 2009, in Phoenix. She was born July 6, 1925, in Holbrook.

She is survived by her son, William Paulsen.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1858 Highway 260. in Heber.

Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave. in Phoenix handled arrangements.
