Diveer is remembered and loved by his children, Xzandrez J. Armstrong and Aiden D. Armstrong; companion Mataya Albert; parents Ricky R. Armstrong and Lorraine John; grandparents (the late) Rolland Armstrong Jr. and June Armstrong and David F. and Eleanora John; sisters Farrah N. Armstrong and Morgan R. Armstrong; uncles Eugene John and Rolland Armstrong III; aunties Elizabeth John, Elouise John, Dora M. Palmer, Maxine Cromwell, Rolanda Barker, Rachel Armstrong, Tina Begay, Lorinda Amos, Lorena, MiMi, Louise; nephew Darius Dempsey Michael Joe; and many relatives and friends. A two-night wake started at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 26, at Eleanora John's residence, 212 W. Saddle St. in Whiteriver. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Latter Day Saints Church in Fort Apache with President Tinker Nez officiating. Interment will be at the R14 Crossing Cemetery in Cedar Creek. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
