Family services were Thursday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for infant Dustin William Schenk-Rizzo, who died Feb. 21 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.

Interment was in the Phoenix Cemetery.

The baby was born Feb. 14.

Survivors include his parents, of Phoenix; grandparents, Wally and LaVerne Storm, of Wickenburg and Bob and Phyllis Rizzo of Peoria; three great-grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
