HANSELL, John (Jack) Braxton

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 23, 1989, page 2-A John “Jack” Braxton Hansell, Jr., 72, of Wickenburg, died Monday in Wickenburg. Mr. Hansell had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. He was the plant manager of Benner-Nawman until his retirement in 1987. He served on that company’s board of directors until 1988. He was graduated from the University of California, Berkley with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1941. A veteran of WWII in the Navy, Mr. Hansell retired from the reserve in 1962 with the rank of Commander. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; a son, John (Jay) Braxton Hansell III of California and a daughter, Elizabeth Joanne Clark of California. He had four grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
