Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 30, 1989, page 2-A Services were Monday, March 20 in the Wickenburg Funeral Home for James T. Gilbert, 83, of Orange Park, Fla. Mr. Gilbert died March 15 in Orange Park. The Rev. Delbert Henderson officiated and burial followed in the Wickenburg Community. Mr. Gilbert was a retired survey engineer from the Arizona Department of Transportation, and worked in the Wickenburg area in 1969. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and lived in Wickenburg from 1945 to 1971. He moved to San Jose, Calif., in 1971, and to Florida in January of this year. Survivors include a stepson, Floyd A. Warner of Orange Park; a daughter, Elsie Templeton, of Orange Park; a sister, Flora McWilliams of London, Kentucky; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
