Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 30, 1989, page 2-A Graveside services were Monday at Phoenix Memorial Park for Herman Emil Hase, 89, of Congress who died March 23 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. Pastor Jan Flaaten officiated. Mr. Hase was born Jan. 26, 1900 in Joliet, Ill. He had lived in Arizona for the past 43 years. He was retired from Western United Gas and Electric Company, in Joliet, in 1945. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha, in December 1976. Survivors include a son, Richard, of California; three daughters, Arlene Transue of Congress, Charlotte Pritz of Indiana and Phyllis Fisher of Florida; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
