Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 13, 1989, page 2-A Private cremation was conducted of Elmer Charles Homer Miller, 75, of Panama, N.Y., who died April 8 in Wickenburg. Mr. Miller was a winter visitor who had lived in Wickenburg for the past six months. He was born Aug. 21, 1913 in Armstrong County, Pa. Mr. Miller was a special deputy for the Chautauqua County sheriff’s Dept in New York, and worked for the Chautauqua County Highway Department. He was a volunteer fire Department in New York and a past constable for the Township of Clymer, N.Y. He attended Panama Baptist Church and was a member of the Chautaqua County Sheriff’s Association. Survivors include his wife, Hallie Miller, of Panama, N.Y.; a daughter, Kathy Tenbuckle of New York; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and three great-Stepchildren. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg funeral Home.
