Services were May 25 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Edmund J. Gooselaw, 72, of Wickenburg. Mrs. Gooselaw died May 23 at the VA Hospital in Phoenix.
Fr. Thomas E. Boyle officiated, and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Mr. Gooselaw was born April 10, 1917 in St. Vincent, Minn. He had lived in Arizona for the past 25 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a service station owner and operator in Wickenburg for several years, and worked as a caretaker at the Garden City Motel east of town.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred, of Wickenburg; two stepsons, Vaughn Kensinger of Wickenburg and Eugene Kensinger of Ohio; a stepdaughter, Maxine Babbs of North Carolina; two brothers, Lou of North Dakota, and Naz of Minneapolis, Minn.; a sister, Victoria, of Colorado; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were through the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
