The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ March 3, 2009 Charlene Georgette Frey, 84, of Show Low died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, at Solterra of the White Mountains. She was born July 21, 1924, in Peru, Ind., to the late Francis and Kathryn (Draving) Daine. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, she will be missed by all. She is survived by daughter Deborah Velasquez of Show Low and grandson Michael Dennison and great-granddaughter Alison Dennison, both of Phoenix. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 7, at the Church of Our Savior, 5147 Show Low Lake Road, with Reverend Susan Wilmot presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Human Society of the White Mountains, P.O. Box 909, Lakeside, AZ 85939. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
