The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, January 10, 2011 Frances Hall, 84, of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 23, 1926 in Willow Springs, Mo., passed away Jan. 9, 2011. A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
