WILLIS, Henry Duncan

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 29, 1989, page 2-A A funeral mass was celebrated Tuesday for Henry Duncan Willis, 69, of Wickenburg, who died June 26 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. Mr. Willis was born July 31, 1919 in New York. He had lived in Wickenburg for 12 years, and was employed by McKeever’s Market. Before moving to Arizona he had been associated with Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co., and Waldbaum’s Super Markets. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and served in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. A daughter, Margaret, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary, of Wickenburg; two sons, Robert of New York and Patrick of California; four daughters, Teresa and Eileen, both of New York and Kathleen and Veronica, of Florida; two brothers, John of Florida and Joseph of Ireland; and a sister, Kit McDonald of Wickenburg. The Wickenburg Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
