Private cremation was conducted of J. Bud Arthur Lundahl, 74, of Wickenburg, who died Sept. 9 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home following a long illness.
Interment of the ashes will be at a later date at the Scandinavian Cemetery in Rockford, Ill.
Mr. Lundahl was born Oct. 13, 1914 in Rockford, Ill. He had lived in Arizona for the past nine years.
He married his wife, Dorris, who survives him, on June 15, 1941 in Rockford.
He attended the University of Mississippi, and was alter owner-manager of a bowling and billiard establishment in Rockford.
He was a member of the Billiard Congress of America, and in 1972 was honored for his outstanding contribution the game of billiards.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in World War II.
He was a member of the Shrine and Masonic Lodge.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Rockford.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jay and Phillip, both of Phoenix; a sister, Mildred Lundahl of Rockford and two grandsons, John and David Lundahl, both of Phoenix.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Phoenix, Arizona Kidney Foundation.
Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
