Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona October 5, 1989, page 2-A Memorial services were Friday at the Wickenburg Elks Lodge for Richard McIntosh, 59, of Wickenburg who died Sept. 26 at his home following a long illness. Pastor Robert Goldenberg officiated, and members of the Wickenburg Elks and American Legion participated in the service. Burial was in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix. Mr. McIntosh was born June 16, 1930 in Wilburing, Okla. He had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a disabled veteran, and a member of the Disabled American Veterans association. Mr. McIntosh was a member of Wickenburg Elks Lodge No. 2160 and American Legion Kellis Draper Post No. 12 of Wickenburg. He worked as maintenance man for the Wickenburg American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine, of Wickenburg; two sons, Michael and Dwaine, both of Kingman; three daughter, Bevery Brooks of Kingman, Brenda Botts of Las Vegas and Mary McIntash of Tucson; and nine grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Geraldine McIntosh of Wickenburg. Sunwest Funeral Home of El Mirage was in charge of all arrangements.
