Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 9, 1989, page 2-A Services were Saturday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for William James Beringer, 84, of Wickenburg who died Nov. 2 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. Patricia L. Kopp officiated, with burial following in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr. Beringer was born Sept. 19, 1905 in Detroit, Mich. He had lived in Wickenburg for the past 18 years in Country Club Park. His wife of 34 years, Helen, survives him. He was retired from the Chrysler Corp. in 1966, after 32 years as a metal finisher. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Betty Ruff of Sun City; a sister, Dorothy Walker of Fairfield, Calif., and a nephew. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
