The Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona - Published on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 - Jose E. Maldonado, born April 9, 1950, went home to meet the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011. He is survived by his partner, Linda Martinez; his son, Manuel Maldonado; his mother, Vivian Vallez; stepfather, Rudy Vallez; and two brothers, Ricky Vallez from Kingman and Benny Vallez from Phoenix. He is also survived by two nieces, Christa Vallez from California and Cassandra Vallez from Kingman; and a nephew, Andre Vallez from Kingman. Jose was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with the Rosary at 6:30 on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at Desert View Funeral Chapel, 2215 E. Northern Ave. The service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, at St. Michaels Church, 711 Andy Devine Ave.
