PADILLA, Carol

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ March 26, 2009 Carol Eubanks Padilla, 37, died March 18, 2009, at her residence in St. Johns. She was born in Tucson Feb. 1, 1972. Carol was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She had many friends that she loved spending time with. Her family and friends will miss her beautiful smile. She is survived by her ex-husband, Leo Padilla; daughters Britni Rai Padilla of Tucson and A'nyse Anita Padilla of St. Johns; mother Anna Grantland; brother John Ronquillo; sisters Irene (Raymond) Romero, Sarah (Ray) Barney and Cindy (Albert) Ortiz. Carol was preceded in death by her father, Forrest Eubanks, stepfather Hubert Grantland, sister Evangeline "Sue-Sue" Ronquillo and brother Charles Ronquillo. Visitation was held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. Johns on Wednesday, March 25, followed by rosary and the funeral Mass at the church.
