Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona January 25, 1990, page 2-A Services were Friday at Calvary Baptist Church for Opal Nadine Haggard, 85, of Wickenburg, who died Jan. 16 in Wickenburg, Dr. A.B. (Bert) Follmar officiated, with burial following in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Haggard was born Nov. 23, 1904 in Lone Elm, Kan. She had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and was active in much church organization, including Awana, White Cross and women’s mission services. She was a member of the Wickenburg Art Club, and also frequently visited the Wise Owl Center, where she worked as a volunteer. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Haggard of Wickenburg; two sons, Clarence Oliver of Prescott and Melvin Oliver of Oregon; two brothers, William Lamb of Oregon and Orie Lamb of California; one sister, Margaret Hauson of Oregon; two daughters-in–law; 14 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
