Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona January 25, 1990, page 2-A Memorial services and interment was Saturday at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix for Alice Grace Terry, 85, of Wickenburg, who died Jan 17 at her home after a long illness. Mrs. Terry was born May 7, 1904 in Helena, Mont. She had lived in Arizona for the past 46 years. She was the owner and operator of the Garden City Resort since January, 1944. She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Phelan, in 1958, and her second husband Jim Terry in 1977. Survivors include her niece, Barbara Soderstrom of Wittmann; a grand nephew, Nels Soderstrom of Seattle, Wash.; and other nieces and nephews in Montana and Idaho. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
