MASSENGILL, Rustin (Rusty) Wayne


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ February 27, 2009 Rustin "Rusty" Wayne Massengill, 35, died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009, in Snowflake in an auto accident. He was born in Snowflake Oct. 22, 1973, and was a lifetime resident of Arizona. He enjoyed his music and also liked art, paintings and to draw. He liked reading a good book and was very crafty. He always longed for a motorcycle. He was a man that loved his family and friends and was always there to help whoever needed it. One of his big dreams in life was to visit Ireland. He is survived by the love of his life, wife Regina; five children, Fernando (Cecilia) Bazan, Jacob, Joyce, Renee and Toby Thomas; and his grandson, Julius Bazan, all of Taylor. He is also survived by his mother, Lucinda Bohnas of Tucson; father Jack Massengill of California; his siblings, Scott Williams and Melissa Freeman, both from "back East," Jody (Angelia) Williams of New York, Jessica (Jeremiah) Jergins of Snowflake and Ronald Kayne Minton of Tucson; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews that he loved deeply. He will be missed by so many but never forgotten. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Pioneer Park in Snowflake. Donations can be made to Regina Massengill at P.O.
