(Sullivan) Tobin, 45, wife of James Tobin, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at her home in Lake Havasu City. Debra was born in Salem, Mass. She was the daughter of Michael Howell and Yvonne Sullivan. She was a resident of Peabody, Mass., in her youth and later moved to Danvers, Mass., with her husband. Debra and her husband, James, moved to Lake Havasu City along with their two boys three and a half years ago. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, James Tobin; sons, Keegan and Jake Tobin, all of Lake Havasu City; and sister, Christine Rich, of Peabody, Mass. Debra also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Howell and Yvonne Sullivan. Debra was a very caring, giving person. She was always willing to help someone in need. Debra could always put a smile on people's faces; her sense of humor was larger than life. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will take place on Friday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will take place Saturday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church.
