DURHAM, Harry C.

Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, January 19, 2011 Harry C. Durham, age 80 of Globe, passed away on Jan. 13, 2011 at Heritage Healthcare Center, N.H. He was born in Ft. Smith, Ark. on Feb. 8, 1930, the son of Virgil and Katherine (Lenar) Durham. Harry worked as a Deputy of the Gila County Sheriff’s Office and was Deputy Marshal for Los Angeles County before moving to Arizona. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and especially building model airplanes. He had also worked in real estate with Hatch Realty after retiring. Harry is preceded in his death by his wife, JoAnn Durham in December of 2002. He is survived by his son, Richard Durham of Scottsdale, Ariz. and daughter, Debra (Ed) Mesman of Globe, Ariz. Funeral services were held graveside on Jan. 18, 2011 at Globe Cemetery on Hackney Ave. in Globe. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
